El Reno Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors
The El Reno Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors meets the third Thursday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Municipal Building. City Council Chambers, 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, OK.
The number of Board members of the Convention and Visitor Bureau shall be nine. The term of all nine members shall be three years and run from July 1 of the first year to June 30 of the third year for their respective terms. Board members are eligible to serve a maximum of three terms. If a Board member is fulfilling the term of another member, the three-term limit begins at the start of the member's first full term. After an individual has been off the Board for one year, he or she is eligible for reappointment to the Board.

These nine members shall be composed of the following: (1) One representative from the El Reno City Council. (2) One representative from the El Reno Sports Associations, appointed by the Mayor and ratified by the City Council. (3) Two representatives from El Reno meeting and event facilities, attractions and/or special events. (4) Two representatives from the El Reno accommodations (including all lodging, bed-and-breakfast and campgrounds businesses) and restaurants. (5) One representative from the El Reno School District athletic staff appointed by the Superintendent of Schools. (6) Two representatives from the community at-large.
Five members of the Convention and Visitor Bureau shall constitute a quorum. Business may be transacted by a majority of the quorum present.
