The Utility Billing Division is responsible for billing and collecting utility payments, receipting in payments, setting up new customer accounts, processing finals and transfers of service to a new location within the City as well as overall helpful customer service for the citizens of El Reno.
This office is also responsible for making any necessary change, correction or adjustment to a customer's account. They coordinate with the Utility Lines Division to make sure that all water meters are read and services are started or disconnected as needed.
The Utility Billing Office also works closely with the City's sanitation provider in trash collection services. The Utility Billing Supervisor, Customer Service Clerk performs these duties as well as many others, with the assistance of the Receptionist.
